General Terms and Conditions
This page contains our General Terms and Conditions which apply to the offer and delivery of our products for sale on our online shop www.rubiomonocoat.fr operated by RMC France.
Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering our Products online. By proceeding with the online ordering process, you agree to be bound by them.
1. Identity of the Seller – Identity of the Customer

Any natural person placing an order outside of their commercial activity via the seller's online shop is referred to as the “Customer”.
2. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers from the Seller, all orders from the Customer, and all agreements between the Seller and the Customer regarding the purchase of Products via our online shop.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the applicability of any other general terms and conditions is explicitly excluded.
3. Ordering Process and Conclusion of the Sales Contract
The Sales Contract is concluded as soon as we have accepted your order by sending an order confirmation by email including the details of the ordered Product(s) and a copy of these General Terms and Conditions.
As the Seller, we reserve the right to refuse an order if:
- (i) the Product is unavailable in the long term (the Customer will be informed and refunded),
- (ii) a previous order is the subject of a dispute with the Customer.
4. Prices
Product prices are stated on the online shop at the time the order is placed. Muylle-Facon is not bound by material, technical, or input errors. In the event of such an error, the customer will have 14 calendar days from the date of notification to withdraw from the contract.
All prices include VAT at the applicable rate in the Customer's country of residence. Delivery costs are not included.
Before the order is placed, the total price including all taxes and fees will be clearly indicated.
5. Payment Methods
Products must be paid for in advance. Available payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro
- Digital Wallets: Paypal
The Customer guarantees they are legally authorized to make online payments and that the account is sufficiently funded.
6. Delivery
- Products are only shipped to addresses located in France.
- We undertake to deliver the Products within 30 calendar days after receipt of payment. If this deadline cannot be met, a new date will be communicated. If this new deadline is exceeded, the Customer may cancel the order.
- The Seller reserves the right to make partial deliveries in case of unavailability.
- If delivery is delayed because the Customer refuses receipt without reasonable cause, we have the right to terminate the Sales Contract.
- The order will be delivered to the address provided. Upon delivery, you must check that the packaging is intact and inspect the Products.
- Any claim regarding visible defects must be communicated in writing within 2 days following delivery, accompanied by a clear photo.
- The risks of loss or damage are transferred to the Customer at the time of delivery.
7. Cancellation (before shipment)
The Customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge before the Products have been shipped. After receiving shipping confirmation, cancellation is no longer possible, but the withdrawal procedure applies.
8. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. You do not need to give a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must register your return online via your personal account. Please note that we don't accept return requests via email.
How to request a return:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Navigate to "Orders" in your account menu.
- Select the order containing the items you wish to return.
- Click on "Request Return" and follow the prompts to complete your request.
Once your request is submitted, you will receive further instructions on how to ship the products back to us.
9. Warranty
The Customer benefits from a legal warranty of 2 years for any lack of conformity. The defect must be reported within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. The warranty does not apply in case of incorrect or abnormal use.
